🔧 Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while expanding and re-engaging an existing customer base. The territory includes a strong database of accounts and a high potential for revenue growth.
You’ll work closely with customers to understand their hose and fitting needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- 5 years of sales experience in hydraulic hose, fluid power or related industrial products
- Strong knowledge of hose applications, fittings, and industrial environments
- Experience working with industrial, construction, or maintenance customers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $65K–$75K  uncapped commission
- Car allowance, company-provided tools and full benefits
- Additional bonus incentives available.
