**Position Summary**

The manufacturing engineer will play an integral role in Cadence

Aerospaces future success as they continue bringing in new product. The

ideal candidate has experience leading new product from introduction to

maturity, plus experience in both a machining production environment and

a new product/R&D manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the manufacturing process/planning,
  
  

procedures, inspection criteria and additional documentation

required to meet customers: drawing, purchase order and

specification requirements for new product and product revisions.

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and update to improve
  
  

efficiency, while adhering to all customer requirements.

• Investigate, identify and report root cause and lead the
  
  

implementation of corrective actions

• Provide Engineering support for day-to-day production and inspection
  
  

processes

• Interface with the quality team for new product, rework, and
  
  

deviations.

• Liaison between production, quality, supply chain and design
  
  

engineering staff for complex problem solving and process changes.

• Must be able to work independently and as a team
