The VP of Business Development & Sales leads enterprise growth for Home Health and Private Duty Nursing services. This executive role is responsible for driving census and revenue growth, expanding referral and payer relationships, and building high-performing sales teams across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies across Home Health and Private Duty Nursing
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, ALFs, and community partners
- Identify new market and service line expansion opportunities
- Partner with clinical and operations leaders to align growth with capacity and quality outcomes
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
- Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 4 years of business development or sales leadership in Home Health, Private Duty, Hospice, or post-acute healthcare
- Proven success driving census and revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of referral networks, payer models, and healthcare compliance
