Fulfillment Technician

NOW HIRING: FULFILLMENT INVENTORY TECHNICIAN

Verts Neighborhood Dispensary is looking for dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Fulfillment Inventory Technician's to join our team!

This role is focused on keeping inventory accurate, organized, compliant, and ready for our stores. If you’re someone who enjoys staying organized, catching the little details, working with a team, and taking pride in getting things done correctly, this could be a great fit for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Receive, organize, and prepare inventory for fulfillment
• Accurately count, weigh, package, and label products
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and required documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow established inventory procedures
• Complete inventory counts, reconciliations, and required logs
• Prepare and organize orders for budtenders and customers
• Assist with inventory transfers and fulfillment processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and Missouri compliance requirements
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or issues promptly
• Work closely with the fulfillment and store teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with other fulfillment and inventory tasks as needed

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Cannabis, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or retail experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
