Are you friendly, dependable, and passionate about creating a great customer experience? Verts Neighborhood Dispensary is looking for knowledgeable budtenders to join our Pacific team!
Our Budtenders are a big part of the customer experience. You’ll help customers explore products, answer questions, and make every visit comfortable, informative, and enjoyable.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable, personalized service
- Help customers find products that fit their needs
- Work behind our Bud Bar to provide a personalized, deli-style experience
- Accurately weigh and package flower in front of customers
- Verify products and labels for accuracy and compliance
- Educate customers on products, brands, rewards programs, and customer benefits
- Process cash and transactions accurately
- Rotate displays and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Complete required cleaning and operational logs
- Follow company policies and Missouri compliance requirements
- Work well with your team and assist wherever needed

- Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience
Cannabis or retail experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
