The successful Technical Support Engineer / Service Supervisor / Service Support Technician will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, supporting service activities and providing engineering assistance to customers and internal teams.
This Technical Support Engineer / Service Supervisor / Service Support Technician opportunity for an experienced service engineer or technician looking to take on greater technical responsibility within a predominantly site-based position, combining equipment troubleshooting, technical support and service coordination.

Technical Support Engineer / Service Supervisor / Service Support Technician Role
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for industrial air compressors and associated equipment.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and control system faults, advising technicians on corrective actions.
- Review completed service work, assess technical issues and approve repairs or further action.
- Investigate equipment failures, review warranty-related issues and recommend solutions.
- Support equipment commissioning, start-ups and technical testing when required.
- Coordinate service activities, provide technical guidance and support customers and service teams.
Technical Support Engineer / Service Supervisor / Service Support Technician Requirements
- Experience servicing, maintaining or troubleshooting industrial air compressors.
- Strong mechanical, electrical and control systems knowledge.
- Background as a Compressor Technician, Service Engineer or similar.
- Ability to diagnose technical faults and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with commissioning, technical support or service coordination is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in the Baltimore area.
