What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Support Coordinator - 12 month Contract position at Vertiv?
The National Service Administrator (Head Office) is required to support major national contracted customers. This is a 12 month contracted role, responsible for providing administrative support to our growing national contracts infrastructure and professional services programs for both new and renewal customers, providing major clients with monthly reports – tracking of completion to ensure we are hitting our KPI’s, providing FSR’s on monthly basis and ensuring smooth running of major customer enquiries including all portal requirements are met. Minute taking to ensure action items are tracked through to completion.
