Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of 3D printed training materials
- Assist in creating and managing e-learning content
- Participate in training material testing and evaluation
- Collect and analyze program feedback
- Assist in maintaining 3D printing equipment
- Support the creation of multimedia training content
- Knowledge of learning assessment methods
- Currently pursuing a degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, Design, or a related field
- Interest in learning technologies, including e‑learning platforms and hands‑on training tools
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning assessment methods
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and technical writing
- Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize feedback and evaluation data
- Comfortable working in a project‑based, collaborative environment
- Exposure to e‑learning content development or learning management systems
- Familiarity with 3D printing, CAD tools, or digital design concepts (academic or personal experience acceptable)
- Experience creating or supporting multimedia learning content
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to test, iterate, and document learning materials
