What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Support Coordinator position at Vertisystem (A MOURI Tech Company)?
Contract Duration: 2 Year
-Onsite: Monday- Thursday will be onsite with Friday remote.

1. Organization & Attention to Detail
A GOCC is responsible for managing compliance records, maintenance schedules, work orders, inspections, and regulatory documentation. Missing or incorrect information can create compliance risk, making accuracy and attention to detail critical. The role specifically requires strong organization, prioritization, and validation of maintenance and inspection records.
2. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
The position requires analysing large amounts of operational and compliance data, identifying discrepancies, understanding regulatory requirements, and making decisions that affect scheduling, dispatching, and compliance performance.
3. Communication & Collaboration
A successful GOCC serves as a liaison between field crews, engineering, supervisors, compliance teams, dispatchers, planners, and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating work, resolving issues, training personnel, and supporting emergency response activities.
. Validates and updates critical maintenance and inspection work record data. Creates, monitors, and manages work orders and maintenance notifications of company assets and equipment records in SAP-PM to ensure successful completion of necessary field repairs. Monitors the status of field work orders for completion, required follow-up, work scope changes, joint meet requirements, and access issues.
