- Identify and target new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience
Qualifications & Skills we are looking for individuals who
- Have a proven track record of success in sales, 1-2yrs of sales experience preferred,
- Door to Door sales experience is a plus, no roofing experience needed
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Reliable transportation, Travel around DFW metroplex is required
- Criminal background check and drug screen upon employment, Past convictions are not an immediate disqualifier
