Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, including 26-ft box trucks, to transport HVAC and plumbing materials to designated sites.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of all cargo.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, site teams, and office staff.
- Comply with all DOT, traffic, and company safety regulations.
- Must be able to safely drive a 26-ft box truck.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- DOT medical certification (or willingness to obtain).
- CDL preferred but not required.
- Minimum 1 year of prior delivery or driving experience.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and handle heavy materials safely.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
