Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in Kansas City, MO. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers and various IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting end-users, and repairing computers when necessary. The technician will also document and resolve IT-related concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience with Desktop Computers and proficiency in Computer Repair
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge and expertise in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
- Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kansas City, MO
- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare IT support is a plus
