Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Bridge Crew Members to join our team for ongoing and upcoming bridge projects. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, be safety-conscious, and willing to work in physically demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of bridge structures
- Perform tasks such as formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, demolition, and rigging
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors
- Work in a team environment to meet project goals and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Load/unload materials and equipment as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience on bridge construction crews
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including weekends if required
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, stooping, bending and periodic lifting of heavy objects.
