Role Description This position leads development and construction projects on behalf of the owner, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality from pre-development through closeout. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, overseeing permitting and inspections, and tracking critical project milestones. The role involves reviewing contracts and change orders, monitoring logistics and procurement, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Senior Project Manager will regularly report project status to ownership, identify and mitigate risks, and drive issue resolution to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading complex development or construction projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Experience with expediting and expeditor activities, including permits, approvals, and regulatory documentation.
- Proficiency in inspection processes, quality control, and compliance with building codes and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are beneficial.
