Job Functions
- Oversee and grow the third-party party asset portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment
- Manage and partner with Regional Leasing Managers, engineering, and development teams to streamline processes and deliver on timelines
- Coordinate and lead weekly calls with the utility partners to discuss active applications and carrier developments
- Refine and optimize the third-party leasing processes to benefit the overall program timelines and customer experience
- Manage relationships with third-party consultants, utility companies, and other vendors
- Lead negotiations for utility-related agreements and integrate new portfolios into workflows
- Manage, guide, mentor, and provide performance feedback to a team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Provide regular updates to the Vice President Real Estate and executive leadership on 3rd party real estate metrics and project milestones

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, engineering, urban planning or other related field
- 8-10 years of industry experience in telecom, utilities, or infrastructure real estate
- Knowledge of the utility industry processes and procedures is required
- Previous tower and other communication infrastructure operations experience is preferred
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and regulatory compliance skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
