Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our busy real estate office. The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various software tools. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service for the agents and ensuring efficient administrative workflows while working together with the manager. Real Estate experience is a must. Must be open to a background check.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle phone systems, directing calls and providing information as needed
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for client records, listings, and transactions
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff
- Organizing and creating reports
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Supporting and assisting agents with all tasks
- Maintaining a clean, tidy office fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective phone etiquette
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in a real estate a must
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents and correspondence
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills

Pay: $44,838.94 - $53,999.58 per year
