VP of Underwriting

We are currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Underwriting Policy Administration Systems (PAS) to lead a global, multi-million-dollar Underwriting Transformation Program. This executive-level leader will drive enterprise-wide modernization of underwriting technology, business processes, and stakeholder alignment across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned transformation leader with executive presence who can confidently engage senior leadership, influence key stakeholders, and lead complex enterprise initiatives from strategy through implementation. This individual will serve as a functional business leader, partnering closely with underwriting, technology, operations, and executive teams to deliver a best-in-class Policy Administration System.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale underwriting transformation programs within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Extensive functional expertise with Policy Administration Systems, including Duck Creek, Guidewire, or similar underwriting platforms.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-million-dollar technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience partnering with business and technology teams to define strategy, optimize underwriting operations, and drive organizational change.
• Bachelor''s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
