About the Role
As a Roofing Installer Supervisor, you’ll lead and oversee a crew of skilled roofing installers, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project completion. You’ll coordinate daily operations, communicate with project managers and clients, and uphold Vertex Roofing’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate roofing installation crews on-site
- Inspect work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications
- Manage materials, equipment, and schedules to meet deadlines
- Train and mentor new installers and crew members
- Communicate progress and issues to project managers
- Enforce company safety standards and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of roofing installation experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, tile, TPO, metal, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
