Vertex Management is looking for a personable Junior Account Representative to support our Kinetic campaign in the Charlotte area.
This Junior Account Representative role is for someone who understands that a strong sales experience starts with listening. You’ll meet customers face-to-face, learn what they need from their internet service, answer questions, and help make the enrollment process feel straightforward from the very first conversation.
As aJunior Account Representative, you’ll:
- Create a friendly and professional first experience for prospective customers
- Speak with customers about their current internet needs and service concerns
- Introduce Kinetic services and explain available options in simple terms
- As a Junior Account Representative, listen carefully before making a recommendation
- Help customers compare plans and understand service benefits
- Support new customer enrollment and account setup
- As a Junior Account Representative , confidently answer questions throughout the decision-making process
- Build positive relationships while identifying appropriate sales opportunities
- Keep customer and account information accurate and organized
- Follow up when needed to help customers move confidently through the process
- Contribute to weekly Junior Account Representative goals
- Attend ongoing Junior Account Representative training focused on customer experience, Kinetic services, communication, and sales development
