Vertex/Corigo is looking for an experienced CDL Driver to join our rapidly growing organization.
Role Overview:
The CDL Driver ensures efficient logistics by receiving, processing, and storing inventory. This role requires warehouse operations experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle heavy products and drive trucks for local routes when needed.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday schedule OR Tuesday to Saturday schedule
- 10-11 Driving hours per day
Responsibilities & Duties
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
- Receive, unload, and organize inventory.
- Inspect shipments and products for accuracy and defects.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
- Check and fulfill customer invoices.
- Optimize warehousing procedures and contribute improvement ideas.
- Drive trucks for local deliveries as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork mindset.
- Ability to lift or move heavy items (30 lbs ).
- High school diploma.
- Valid Driver's License.
Preferred:
- 2 years of warehouse and equipment operation experience.
- CDL certification.
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse systems and processes.
