Weekend availability is strongly needed, especially Saturdays, Sundays, and afternoon shifts.
CDL Bus and Motorcoach Pay
- 29-passenger and coach bus drivers: weekly earning range can reach $2,000–$3,000 per week, including gratuity, depending on trips and schedule
- Motorcoach drivers: $1,500 per week
- Class C drivers: $1,000–$2,000 per week
- Weekly take-home pay varies based on role, completed trips, gratuity, and schedule
- $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time chauffeurs, paid in installments
- Additional bonus opportunities available twice per year
Safety Awards and Incentives
Drivers may also be eligible for monthly safety award incentives, including:
- Gold Award for Full-Time Chauffeurs: $500 bonus
- Silver Award for Full-Time Chauffeurs: $300 bonus
