CDL Bus Driver / Motorcoach Driver

Pay: $1,500–$3,000 per week, depending on role, trips, schedule, and gratuity

Career Driver is hiring experienced CDL Bus Drivers and Motorcoach Drivers for professional transportation opportunities across New Jersey, New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania.

We’re looking for safety-minded drivers who can provide dependable, professional, white-glove service. Weekend availability is strongly preferred, especially Saturdays and Sundays, along with afternoon availability as needed.

Pay & Benefits

• 29-passenger and coach bus drivers: $2,000–$3,000/week, including gratuity
• Motorcoach drivers: $1,500/week
• Class C drivers: $1,000–$2,000/week
• $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time chauffeurs

Requirements

• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement appropriate for the position
• Passenger bus, coach bus, or motorcoach experience preferred
• Strong safety record and professional approach
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable operating 29- to 56-passenger vehicles
• Weekend and afternoon availability preferred
• Ability to pass required drug screening and fingerprinting/background requirements
• Must meet all applicable licensing and employment requirements
