Location : Salisbury, NC/Boston, MA/Carlisle, PA
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a 50/50 functional and technical blend of HR/Payroll expertise.
- Analyze, design, and implement solutions across SAP HR/Payroll modules.
- Understand and interpret technical aspects of payroll, including ABAP logic related to payroll processing.
- Work closely with business users to understand HR/Payroll processes, identify gaps, and provide end-to-end solutions.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong functional focus with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Hands-on experience in:
SAP ECP Payroll configuration
Payroll Control Center (PCC / Payroll Center)
HR/Payroll schemas, rules, wage type configuration
- Ability to read and understand ABAP payroll coding to troubleshoot issues with developers.
