Hope you are doing well Position: NX Design Engineer Location: Greenville, SC Duration: Full-Time Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

• He / She Should play a role of coordinator cum technical reviewer at customer office, Greenville SC.
• Develop healthy relationships with customers.
• Conduct review meeting with the customer managers and drive design reviews with Controlled Title Holder (CTH).
• Support Estimating the work, proposal preparation, capability and case studies preparations.
• Guide the team with strategic ideas/Plan to improve customer Key performance index (KPI)
• Having business
• Responsible for the team deliverables (OTD & Quality (FPY))
• Critical & Crucial projects be in ground and perform the reviews of the deliverables.
• Find the team capability gaps and work on the improvement actions.
• Perform RCA on the Errors found during the technical review, work to close those gaps.
• Understand the customer requirements and onboard the right talents to deliver the project work closely with the reporting manager.
• Weekly / Biweekly connect with the Program leader to review team Productivity, Quality and the delivery milestones.
• Understand the internal / Customer challenges and drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Protect the castle, more vigilant on competition entry.
• Make strategy ideas with action plans to increase the footprint with new areas of opportunities within the portfolio.
• Strong Engineering basic on mechanical design and exceptionally valuable experience in Siemens NX on Generating Model, Assembly and Detailing components like structures (Ex: Enclosure, Skid, Air-filters), Pipe & instrument tube routings. Knowing Electrical routing added advantage.
• Familiarity in Top Down/Bottom-Up assembly approach.
• Familiarity in Manufacturing processes such as casting, Forging, Machining and fabrication.
• Ability in NX routing using Piping/Electrical Module. He /She Should know selection of piping, Pipe fitting with hardware.
• Impressive knowledge on defining GD&T and drawing reading.
• Experience in PMI (Model based definition)
• Direct experience reviewing manufacturing drawings.
• He/She should be well familiar with GD&T, Surface finish and welding.
• Familiarity in ASME/ISO/AWS/OSHA Standards
• Should have strong knowledge in Quality Management Process (Defect Analysis & Mitigation)
• Direct experience in PLM like Teamcenter/ Enovia or similar ones.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Or) Engineering Technology
• Experience: 12 years' design experience in Gas Power Accessories packages.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in Siemens NX and familiar with latest version.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, who can present customer executives on the project status, Challenges, help needed. Work closely with Global and Local customers.
• Must have experience managing / coordinating global team.
• Having NX Automation and AutoCAD knowledge is added advantage.
• Having knowledge of AI-Prompt engineering added advantages.
