Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage mobile devices (iOS & Android) via Microsoft Intune
- Oversee lifecycle, policy configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations (e.g., acquisitions)
- Create and own a mobile strategy roadmap aligned with the desktop roadmap
- Collaborate within the broader System Engineering team (not siloed)
Must-Haves:
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune experience (no entry or intermediate level)
- Ideally 3 years, but depth of knowledge matters more than years
- Proven experience managing/supporting both iOS and Android devices through Intune
- Solid understanding of technical processes and workflows (not just terminology)
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
