Full Stack Technical Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to spearhead development and solution delivery across back-office applications, with a strong focus on order-to-cash, billing, order management, pricing, and service fulfillment systems. This role will be responsible for guiding a team, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring seamless system integration to support business-critical back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, taking over from the current Technical Lead.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions for order-to-cash, billing, order management, pricing, and service fulfillment applications.
• Drive technical delivery across full stack development, primarily using React.js for the UI and .NET technologies for backend services.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective, scalable technology solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability while aligning with enterprise architecture standards.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and guide the team in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Actively participate in solution architecture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

• 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in React.js (UI development) and .NET (backend services).
• Proven experience in order-to-cash, billing, order management, and related back-office systems.
• Hands-on exposure to techno-functional roles bridging business processes with technology solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage technical delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
