What You’ll Do

• Install steel roofing and siding at customer job sites
• Travel weekly across NC, SC, GA, VA, and WV
• Follow layouts and measurements to complete builds accurately
• Use hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and align materials
• Work outdoors, including on ladders and rooftops
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Plug and play steel building kits ready to install, no welding needed

What You Bring

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to handle physically demanding work (including lifting up to 80 lbs.)
• Comfort working at heights and outdoors
• Willingness to travel throughout the week
• Construction or metal experience preferred, but not required
• Basic tool set (list provided)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing conditions

Pay and Benefits

• $65,000 – $95,000 annually (piece-rate/commission structure)
• 1099 pay option available with higher earning potential

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Travel-based schedule with overnight stays as needed
• Hours may vary depending on job location and weather

Tools Required

Tape measure, speed square, tool belt, snips, impact driver, chalk line, utility knife, and other basic tools (full list provided)
