Principal Strategic Sourcing Analyst - Orlando, FL

The Principal Strategic Sourcing Specialist will act as the enterprise‑level expert accountable for developing comprehensive sourcing strategies, supplier network design, and compliance governance across programs. Provides technical authority and strategic guidance to ensure enterprise sourcing aligns with mission assurance and growth objectives.

Duties & Responsibilites:

• Define enterprise sourcing frameworks that align supplier strategy with cost, compliance, and business growth imperatives.
• Lead authoring and negotiation of enterprise agreements (BOAs, MSAs, SOW templates) ensuring accurate FAR/DFARS flow down and quality assurance integration.
• Partner with executive leadership, Contracts, and Business Development to align sourcing strategies with pursuit positioning and contract structure.
• Drive supplier capability development and re sourcing efforts to manage obsolescence or capacity risk.
• Serve as a key sourcing advisor during CPSR audits, government reviews, and critical capture pursuits.
• Champion continuous improvement, digital transformation, and sourcing analytics initiatives across the enterprise.
• Mentor sourcing professionals in compliance, negotiation, and strategic supplier management disciplines.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, JD, or Technical Master’s preferred.
• Experience:
  • 10 years of aerospace and defense sourcing experience.
  • Recognized authority in FAR/DFARS compliance, long‑term agreement negotiation, and supplier governance
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise sourcing strategy and supporting business development goals

• The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
  • USD $ 95,000 - $160,000
• Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
