About the role
Vertage is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic business development initiatives for a strategic client opportunity in the Buffalo / Western NY market. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with client stakeholders, gain access to hiring managers and decision-makers, and drive impactful talent solutions across the Buffalo / Western NY area.

What you’ll do
- Lead business development efforts across IT, Life Sciences and Engineering verticals
- Manage and grow strategic relationships within the client organization
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
- Identify new opportunities within the account and across other Buffalo / Western NY-based clients
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure high-touch client engagement
What you’ll bring
- Proven success in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in staffing or talent solutions
- Experience working with large industrial, energy, engineering, manufacturing or enterprise clients
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with a consultative approach and a passion for client success
