The HR Specialist I is a key member of our People Team. The person in this role performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects, such as routine data entry, scheduling coordination, report generation, and audit activities, to ensure the accuracy of HR records and compliance with regulatory standards. The person in this role assists with delivering core HR processes like recruiting, onboarding, hiring, and terminations in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

Talent Acquisition coordination such as scheduling interviews, assessment verifications, and reviewing resumes.

Assist with high volume bootcamp hiring

Assist with annual Intern program hiring

Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records

Maintain New Hire tracker new hire tab
-
I-9 onboarding presentation and document verification
-
I-9 reverifications as needed

Maintain employee files
-
Assist with managing HR Employee Services email box

NetSuite PO request process for People Team

Support on special projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
