Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new team members.
• Administer and maintain HRIS systems to support accurate employee data and reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies in all HR activities.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and develop effective solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions and initiatives to promote employee development and engagement.
• Monitor and improve HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation as needed.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace concerns.
• Proven experience in HR administration and employee relations.
• Proficiency in managing and utilizing HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
