This role drives alignment between global PR objectives and regional needs, oversees high-risk cases, and partners with HR leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
Essential Job Functions
- Own and /or oversee regional execution of workplace investigations, accommodations, and corrective actions, and other projects, ensuring consistency and compliance in countries, regions, and globally.
- Lead, guide, and actively participate in global business process projects that result in timely implementations, process improvements, and improved employee experiences and support the principles of a scalable self-service model.
- Act as the escalation point for high-risk or sensitive PR matters, including workforce actions and terminations in their respective region.
- Monitor and report on regional PR metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Includes, identifying trends in PR cases and recommending proactive solutions to address potential risks.
- Partner with Employment Legal, the Business Integrity Office, and PR and HR leadership to address complex regional challenges.
- Proven ability to exercise solid judgement, discernment, and present key data and facts to an executive audience.
- Deep understanding of HR and PR practices, policies, and legal requirements across multiple US States, Canada, and Mexico (other countries a plus).
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially when working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-risk cases with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and supporting scalable HR models.
- Ability to speak C2 level Spanish, Portuguese a plus.
