What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender/Receptionist position at Vert's Neighborhood Dispensary - Golden?
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Budtender to join our exciting, fun and expanding cannabis dispensary.
Requirements: must have excellent customer service, possess a badge issued by the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (current), ability to count cash accurately, counting inventory, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain professional and courteous demeanor at all times, knowledge of local and state regulations, ability to work 10 hours on your feet, and must be over the age of 21.
Responsibilities: greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, inform customers of products we carry, counting inventory, opening and closing duties, daily cleaning, accurately and efficiently process transactions, multi-tasking, direct customer complaints and issues to management in a professional and timely manner, ensure all regulations and policies are followed at all times, maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary, maintain up to date knowledge of all products on hand, work as a team or work by your self, handle stressful, high energy situations, and the ability to handle a lot of customers at any point while maintaining composure and displaying excellent customer service at all times. We are Verts Neighborhood Dispensary are known for being the best in customer service and giving that friendly neighborly customer service our customers and patients have come to expect. Experience is a plus, however no experience is absolutely required other than having previous customer service. Motivated, energetic, well organized, friendly and extra positive people are always encouraged to apply, previous experience or not. Starting pay is $16.00 Tips
Must be available for mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays
Part time and full time availiblity
Sick leave, PTO, and benefits (health, dental, vision, life, and 401K) offered for full time (32 hrs) employees after 90 days. Part time employees (-30hrs) receive only Sick leave and PTO after 90 days.
