In this temporary 4-6 week role, you’ll help keep daily office operations running smoothly by supporting the front desk, maintaining shared spaces, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping staff and visitors throughout the day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and supporting a busy office environment.
Temporary Admin Assistant Duties:
o Serve as the front desk receptionist by answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and providing general information
o Provide administrative support including deposits, invoice processing, scanning, copying, ordering supplies, and assisting with special projects
o Maintain office spaces, conference rooms, kitchens, and supply areas by stocking supplies, coordinating repairs and vendor services, and completing daily campus rounds between buildings.
o Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and returns as needed.
o Assist with meeting coordination, recordkeeping, conference room setup, basic A/V troubleshooting, and light cleaning of shared spaces.

o Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay: $22.50-$23.00 per hour
Temporary Admin Assistant Requirements:
o At least 1 year of front desk or administrative experience
o Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneNote
o Proof of vaccination is required
o Ability to walk between multiple campus buildings throughout the day
