A well-established manufacturer of plastic recycling containers has recently launched a brand-new facility and is hiring multiple temp-to-hire Production Associates for their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift teams.

Production Associate Job Duties:
- Stack finished products and use dollies to safely move materials
- Operate hand tools, including scrapers and hand torches, to smooth product edges
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Report any product defects, quality concerns, or equipment issues
Schedules: Rotating workdays, including 1 weekend shift
- Swing 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
- Graveyard 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am
Pay: $17.25 - $17.50 per hour
- 2nd Shift: $17.25/hr
- 3rd Shift: $17.50/hr
Production Associate Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and interpret diagrams
- Must be available to work any day of the week
