We are seeking a dedicated and experienced temp-to-hire Outdoor Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. As a forklift operator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement of electrical materials and products within our outdoor storage yards and loading areas. Your expertise and precision in operating a forklift will be essential to ensure the smooth and timely loading and unloading of goods.

Compensation:
- $20.00/HR
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 AM to 1:30 pm
Outdoor Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to load and unload electrical materials, products, and equipment from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
- Safely transport materials to designated locations within the outdoor facility, adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections of the forklift to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of materials moved.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate the movement of goods and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to create a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Ability to learn the use of handheld scanners and operating systems.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including manual lifting and organizing inventory.
Outdoor Forklift Operator Requirements:
- Proven experience as an outdoor forklift operator, with at least 1 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain company-provided forklift operator certification and a strong understanding of forklift safety protocols.
- Proficient in maneuvering a forklift in various weather conditions and challenging outdoor environments.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to handle heavy loads with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting inventory movements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility in scheduling.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
