Looking for a steady manufacturing job with a schedule that works for you? A Mt. Juliet company that makes granola and granola bars is hiring Machine Operators on multiple shifts.
Choose your shift:
- 1st: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 2nd: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
- 3rd: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 12-hour days: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM

12-hour nights: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Please note: 12-hour schedules include one weekend day each week and every other Wednesday off. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
What you'll do:
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load materials and inspect finished products
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Record production information
- Keep your work area clean and follow food safety standards
What we're looking for:
- 6 months of machine operating experience
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to pass operator testing
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Able to work overtime as needed
