As an Executive Assistant, you’ll leverage high‑level administrative experience to support senior leadership through complex calendar management, executive communications, and confidential matters—ensuring professionalism, discretion, and operational excellence at all times.

Executive Assistant Duties:
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, prepare executives for meetings, and coordinate travel and expenses.
- Meetings & Board Coordination: Organize leadership and Board meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Operational Support: Assist with executive presentations, reports, special projects, and maintain organized records.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism.
- Core Skills: Strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; proactive and independent work style.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Pay:
$33.65–$40.87 per hour, based on experience.
Logistics Manager Requirements:
- 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior executives in a mid-to-large organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and complex schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Executive presence and sound judgment
- Proactive problem-solving and initiative
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
