What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buyer position at Verstela?
A well-established aerospace company in Everett is looking to add a Buyer to their team! This is a great opportunity to grow your skills with a respected organization known for producing high-quality components and systems within the aerospace industry. Candidates with experience using QuickBooks or similar purchasing/accounting systems are highly encouraged to apply.
This is a temporary 3-4 month contract with the potential to extend.
Aerospace Buyer Job Duties:
- Managing aspects of purchasing parts from suppliers including reporting, quoting, and scheduling.
- Communicate priorities and schedule changes to suppliers.
- Communicating with multiple departments will play a big hand in your role.
- Ensuring all parts are delivered within a specific time frame.
- Various projects for the purchasing team as needed
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $22-$30 per hour
Aerospace Buyer Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Buying and Planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aerospace industry preferred.
- Moderate to advanced Quickbooks skills
- Prior knowledge of ERP systems
