Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Amarillo, TX for a Store Manager at Versona. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage a team of staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, implementing retail strategies, managing inventory, maintaining store safety and security, and providing leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment. The Store Manager will also handle customer concerns with professionalism and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver excellent experiences and address customer needs effectively
- Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to manage operations efficiently and ensure asset protection
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and vendors
- Proficiency in team leadership and problem-solving
- Previous experience in retail management or a related role is preferred
- Ability to work on-site and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holiday
