ALLOCATOR
Versona is seeking individuals who are looking to start an exciting career. As an Allocator, you will be trained to evaluate store performance and analyze sales trends by location to maximize sales and profitability. The Allocator creates monthly allocation strategies, identifies and responds to risks and opportunities by store, and is responsible for ensuring that stores have the proper assortment to achieve sales plan. This position works closely with buying, planning and store operations making it a vital role to the company’s success.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or 2 years retail experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively among various levels of management
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel a plus
