Supply Chain Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst / Reports Developer

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst / Reports Developer who possesses at least one year of supply chain data experience, as this role is responsible for designing, building, and supporting operational and transactional analytics that enable data-driven decision-making across supply chain functions. The ideal candidate combines strong business process understanding with hands-on experience in business intelligence tools to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports. This position partners closely with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable, reliable analytics solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to understand end-to-end supply chain processes and translate reporting needs into clear technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and support operational and transactional dashboards and reports using enterprise analytics and reporting platforms.
• Expand and enhance reporting capabilities supporting order-based and fulfillment-related workflows.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with existing reports; validate fixes and coordinate promotion through testing and production environments.
• Maintain and evolve reporting assets based on business feedback, guiding stakeholders through review, validation, and user acceptance.
• Coordinate and oversee report development activities performed by distributed or offshore development resources when applicable.
• Optimize report performance and underlying data models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Build dashboards with intuitive layouts, strong usability, and efficient performance, incorporating drill-through and ad-hoc analysis where appropriate.
• Deliver data through automated reporting or scheduled distribution processes to reduce manual effort.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of experience writing and analyzing SQL for reporting and analytics purposes.
• 3 years of hands-on experience designing and developing reports or dashboards using modern business intelligence platforms (e.g., Oracle-based BI tools, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable solutions).
• 3 years of experience supporting analytics or reporting solutions tied to supply chain or operational business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to gather detailed requirements and deliver end-to-end reporting solutions from concept through production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills in a project-based environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• A proactive mindset with a consistent track record of ownership and initiative.
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Advanced experience with SQL, including analytical or window functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise ERP or supply chain data models and core transactional tables.
• Experience tuning SQL queries and improving report or dashboard performance.
