In this role, you will support the transition from a traditional competency model to a performance philosophy centered on a new, modernized approach. You'll partner with HR leadership to assess performance data, identify trends, and make recommendations that drive meaningful business outcomes across one of the company's largest departments. Additional responsibilities include developing frameworks to strengthen performance goals, supporting talent review processes, and helping to refine resources that align with the organization's people and business strategy.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $70–$80, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership to refine and advance the new performance management philosophy
- Assess performance data with the HRIS team, identifying themes and trends across a large employee base
- Develop frameworks and resources to strengthen smart and business-focused performance goals
- Support the launch of a new talent review process across business units
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to align talent processes with organizational goals
- Proven experience leading or supporting Talent and Performance Management transformations
- Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear themes and actionable recommendations
- Experience working with Engineering or Trade/manufacturing job families (preferred)
- Familiarity with building resources and processes to support talent reviews is highly desirable
- Strong consultative, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfort working in a large, matrixed organization with a people-focused culture
