We are seeking a results-driven ERP Leader/Business Systems Consultant for our client to lead all aspects of technology in a complex manufacturing environment. This role will oversee a team of five IT professionals, including ERP administration, desktop support, systems administration, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of all IT operations.

Rate: Hourly rate between $100-$150/hr DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all IT functions within a manufacturing setting, ensuring alignment with production, supply chain, and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five direct reports across key areas: ERP administration, desktop support, systems administration, and information security.
- Drive the successful implementation and adoption of ERP systems to support production planning, inventory management, and financial processes.
- Deliver hands-on support and troubleshooting across infrastructure, desktop environments, and system performance to minimize downtime and maintain manufacturing continuity.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and supply chain leaders to integrate technology that enhances efficiency, traceability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and maintain IT policies and controls to ensure cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance.
- 8-10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and system integrations.
- Experience supporting or implementing supply chain planning systems is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead both strategic initiatives and daily IT operations in a plant or multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, systems administration, desktop support, and cybersecurity within a manufacturing context.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
