The Interim Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse portfolio of positions, ranging from frontline and customer-facing roles to corporate, technology, and professional services positions. This role will partner closely with hiring leaders and talent acquisition colleagues to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates while supporting a growing organization through an active hiring period. The ideal consultant brings strong recruiting fundamentals, sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – Apple Valley, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $45-55, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple business functions
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach
- Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and assess qualifications
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate movement throughout the hiring process
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to manage candidate activity and reporting
- Support hiring initiatives and talent acquisition projects as needed
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
- Ability to recruit across a variety of role types, including operational, professional, and corporate positions
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth recruiting environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms; SmartRecruiters experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Financial services, banking, credit union, or professional services recruiting experience is a plus
