What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim Recruiter position at Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting?
The Interim Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruitment support for individual contributor, hourly, and select salaried roles in tech-focused industries. This consultant will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage the candidate experience, and ensure continuity for the team. This short-term assignment requires an established recruiting consultant who can immediately step-in and contribute to the Talent Acquisition team’s objectives.
Worksite Location: Hybrid - Northwest Metro area, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $38–$48, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Conduct candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain pipelines of potential candidates for current and future openings
- Act as a solution-oriented advisor and positive collaborator within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment - tech-related background a plus
- Familiarity with ATS systems, and comfortable using Teams and Microsoft tools
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with hiring managers and candidates
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Able to quickly step into an active recruitment workload with minimal supervision
