Salary Range: Hourly rate between $65–$75, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Audit current payroll processes, workflows, and controls to identify errors, gaps, and compliance risks
- Ensure payroll practices align with all applicable state requirements, with a specific focus on Minnesota compliance
- Review the Paycor configuration and optimize payroll-related modules to support accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with HR team members and leaders to correct data issues and establish standardized procedures
- Provide recommendations for improved payroll operations, documentation, and ongoing management
- Expertise in payroll processing, payroll audits, payroll controls, and state compliance (Minnesota required)
- Hands-on experience with Paycor, including implementation, optimization, and module configuration
- Background supporting payroll for mid-sized organizations (approx. 250 employees)
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-shift environments (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability related to payroll data and system accuracy
