Salary Range: Hourly rate between $60-$80, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead project management for key talent management initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across leadership teams
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR, leadership, and supporting teams
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or roadblocks
- Develop and execute communication strategies to support change and adoption
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Support planning and continuous improvement for future talent cycles
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when managing sensitive HR initiatives
- Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or similar role supporting HR initiatives
- Experience managing complex, confidential, enterprise-level projects
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
- Ability to drive accountability and keep projects on track in fast moving environments
- Experience with change management and communication planning
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and leadership levels
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Oracle or similar) preferred
