- Partner with Global HR and North America leadership to drive consistent processes and policies.
- Manage all health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, EAP, wellness, 401k) and ensure compliance with federal and state/province regulations.
- Analyze benefits utilization, recommend enhancements, and lead new hire and open enrollment communications.
- Oversee compensation programs, bonus plans, and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure HR compliance, update policies, deliver training, and support audits and regulatory inspections.
- Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, COBRA, etc.) and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain HRIS and employee records, coordinate with payroll, and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, including management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
