You’ll be the voice of the customer internally and a trusted advisor externally, ensuring our users succeed, stay engaged, and help shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Success
- Support customer onboarding and day-to-day engagement activities to ensure a positive user experience.
- Lead pilots with potential customers in close collaboration with the Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams
- Assist in gathering and organizing user feedback on goals, workflows, and product pain-points.
- Help prepare and execute one-off data analyses under the guidance of senior team members or the Data Science team.
- Collaborate with the Product team by documenting recurring customer needs for consideration in the product roadmap.
- Help coordinate regular customer check-ins, taking notes and tracking feedback in internal systems.
- Support the analysis of customer feedback to identify common themes or areas for improvement.
- Assist in summarizing customer insights to share with internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to share customer insights, success stories, and use cases.
- Support strategic go-to-market initiatives such as account prioritization, segmentation, and opportunity identification.
- Occasionally assist in high-impact sales efforts by providing context on customer needs and industry trends.
- 2 years at a top-tier consulting firm or in a similarly rigorous, analytical, and stakeholder-facing role with a strong track record of problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to listen, empathize, and translate feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills – able to engage technical and non-technical audiences with equal fluency.
- Data-savvy and detail-oriented, comfortable working with analytics teams and distilling insights from data.
- Collaborative and proactive, excited to work across functions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, data science, sales, marketing teams.
- Experience working in renewable energy space
